One in the Oven Club has an experienced group of local experts each offering a fully rounded tutorial and Q&A session during their class.

Kelly Ballantyne - Host and Owner

I am host and owner here at One in The Oven Club. I am keen to put my experience and skills to use in supporting you through pregnancy, and offering parenting help too.

I have always worked with parents and children and have a keen interest in child behavior and family dynamics. I am a qualified N.N.E.B nursery nurse and have used this professional qualification as the basis for my career working as a nanny for over 16 years, all over the world.

I am also trained and qualified as a Maternity nurse, this qualification gave me a thorough understanding of new born sleep and development, nutrition, feeding, and a range of newborn and mother specific subjects.

I have trained with Lactation Consultants as a Breastfeeding Peer supporter and worked at a local Birth centers with parents and their babies. I am currently working towards a qualification with the Association of Breastfeeding Mothers. Tanya McLeish - Osteopath

Tanya is an experienced osteopath who has been practising since 2001. She is fully registered and practises in Sevenoaks, Eynsford and Bromley and also offers home visits. She uses cranial and structural osteopathy to provide gentle, effective treatment for the whole family, ranging from newborn babies and teenagers, through to adults and the elderly.

Sam Palmer - First Aid

Peak Skills is a First Aid Training Company based in Sevenoaks. Alison Endenburg - Homeopath

Remedies are prescribed by fully qualified homeopath and teacher, with a BSc degree (BSc RSHom LCHE), and a BPrim Ed degree, who is registered and insured with the UK governing body, the Society of Homeopaths.

Lorena Ranson - Pregnancy and post-natal massage

In many parts of the world, pregnant and postnatal women are massaged regularly to promote a feeling of well being. Massage is a drug free, non-invasive, therapy that can be used throughout pregnancy, labour and the postnatal period.

Katie Palmer - Infant sleep consultant

My name is Katie Palmer and I am a sleep advisor. I offer support and guidance for parents wanting help with their child’s sleep habits. I have over seventeen years experience with families and children as well as having a child of my own and completely understand the pressures of parenthood.

Anne Bayati - Hypnobirthing Midwife

My name is Anne Bayati and I live in West Kent with my husband and 3 children. I am a registered Midwife and qualified Hypnobirthing Practitioner. I completed my midwifery training at Canterbury Christ Church University where I achieved a First Class BSc Hons. Since then I have predominantly worked in a hospital setting, caring for women antenatally, during birth and in the postnatal period. I am particularly interested in facilitating normal births and waterbirths. In addition, I occasionally work as a community midwife which I find extremely interesting and diverse. More recently, I have become more involved with antenatal education and really enjoy the teaching and meeting new couples.

My name is Emma and I am a Recognised Birth and Postnatal Doula operating in Sevenoaks and the surrounding areas under the umbrella of Doula UK.
